ENTERPRENEURSHIP

Are you fed up "working for the man"?Fed up worrying about your job or whether you are going to be made redundant? Fed up with your boss?
These are just some of the reasons thousands of people like you decide to become entrepreneurs and go into business for themselves.
My own journey began many years ago and I can honestly say I haven't "worked" in fifteen years. I was always a disgruntled employee, with a strong notion towards entrepreneurship and eventually it was redundancy that forced me to do something about it.
Whether you are being forced to look at it, like I was, or whether you are drawn towards it, entrepreneurship is a rewarding life.
I like to be in control of my life. I like to make the decisions about what I do when. Entrepreneurship gave me back the control of my life.
I was no longer entirely at the mercy of a company or an inconsiderate manager.

What is Entrepreneurship?

In the broadest sense it's where you decide to take charge of your own working life. Normally this also means going self employed or setting up a new company but you can also find entrepreneurs within larger companies too, though it's rare.
It's a decision to take charge. And it is the most liberating experience of your life.

You don't need to be special.

Do you know what stops people becoming entrepreneurs? It's not money, it's not ability, it is simply that they believe that you have to be special in some way to become an entrepreneur.
But its not true. You can become a successful entrepreneur if you want to. You have all that it takes, you just need to believe it.

Did you know Entrepreneurship is all about personality?

Entrepreneurs come in all shapes and sizes; from across the entire personality spectrum. There is no one type of successful entrepreneur.
Richard Branson is nothing like Allan Sugar, who is nothing like Trevor Balis.
In your full, detailed report we will show you exactly what kind of entrepreneur you would be. You will see why you would be successful and we will point out where you will "drop the ball". This could save you years of trial and error.
From the answers you gave in the questionnaire, you may be thinking about entrepreneurship because you have a need to exercise your creativity; you have lots of ideas and they need to see the light of day. Although not impossible, this is difficult to find when working in a job.
In this free report we are going to help you explore what entrepreneurship will look like to you. If you enjoy it then you will love your full report.
Details on how to upgrade to your full report are at the bottom of the page.
Let's now tackle the question you may be asking yourself.

Do you have the personality to be a successful entrepreneur

You have so many great ideas that it would be surprising if you were not already a successful entrepreneur. If you are not, the reason probably lies in your inability to focus on only one thing through to completion.

With a mind buzzing with ideas it becomes hard for you to decide which one should receive your full attention, discover this and you can be a successful entrepreneur.

Where would you work best in a business?

Being a team member is up your street, Anna. You actually thrive and enjoy the interaction you get through working with a team. You like positive feedback and the lift you get from the team. You willingly give recognition for a job well done. You have great enthusiasm, Anna which you smoothly transfer to others who are in turn motivated by this enthusiasm.

Aspects to watch out for

You have lots of energy; however you absolutely need a stimulating environment to support these energy levels. You would not display your natural liveliness Anna if you were feeling bogged down by routine, high levels of detail, or people who to you appeared lackadaisical.

Your ideal work environment

Personality plays a large part in us identifying our ideal work environment. We all have wants that need to be satisfied within the environment if we are going to deliver our best efforts. Some people want friendly company some want none. This all really depends on the personality type that you are.

Ideal work environment

Your ideal work environment would have a democratic management style. It is important to you that your ideas are listened to and appreciated. You tend to work at a fast pace however it is more important to you that you get to determine the pace at which you work. You prefer to work in an environment with people who inspire your inventiveness and your enthusiasm whether they are colleagues or managers. Having your ability and your work recognized by your peers is very important to you.

What you need to watch out for

You can be too over the top for some and you tend to dismiss quieter colleagues, believing that when they do not shout out their opinions it is because they don't have any. They do but won't compete for air time!
